SMS Program Terms & Conditions

Program Description

Montes Electric Inc. operates an internal SMS notification program for our own employees and project superintendents. This program sends:

1. Job assignment/un-assignment notifications to employees, including project address, start date/time, and superintendent contact information.
2. New-hire roster notifications to superintendents, listing employees newly assigned to their project along with contact information, for job-site coordination.

This program is for internal workforce operations only. It is not a marketing program, and messages are not promotional in nature.

Consent / How You’re Enrolled

Employees are enrolled in this program by providing verbal consent during onboarding. As part of the onboarding process, employees are told that Montes Electric will text them at the phone number provided to communicate job assignments, start dates, and supervisor contact information, and are asked whether they agree to receive these texts at that number. Consent is documented in the employee’s onboarding record.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on job assignment activity, typically a few messages per week.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier and plan for details.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving SMS notifications. You will receive one final confirmation message. To resume receiving messages, contact info@monteselectricinc.com or 704-615-8180, or speak with your supervisor.

Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This program is intended for use on major US mobile carriers.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
Continued participation in the SMS program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
